CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that your time is valuable, just as ours is. Out of consideration for both our staff and other clients, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. Upon booking, we will send you an email reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment (please note that this email might end up in your spam folder).

In the event that you miss an appointment, we will make every effort to reach out and reschedule. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. However, if you do not attend your appointment, we will charge a 50% no-show fee. For future bookings, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any appointments. If you choose not to pay the fee, we reserve the right to cancel any future bookings you make. The charge will be at the discretion of our stylists.

We sincerely ask for your understanding, considering that as a small independent salon, last-minute cancellations or no-shows have a significant impact on us. Such situations can be detrimental to our business, as they prevent us from offering the appointment to another client.
