We’re aware that some customers are experiencing trouble loading our website when connected to university networks, such as Eduroam. If you're having issues accessing our booking system, please try disconnecting from your current Wi-Fi and reopening our website using mobile data (4G) or a different internet connection in a new private browser tab.
Unfortunately, this issue is not on our end and appears to be related to how certain university networks load websites, which is outside of our control. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Our stylists are busy and booking up fast! We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. If no times are available in our online booking system, it means we are fully booked.
If you’re hoping to find a cancellation, we recommend checking back on our online booking frequently, as clients can manage and reschedule their appointments online. This feature allows new openings to appear throughout the day, even outside our regular hours, giving you the chance to spot an available time before we do.
When booking you can click the ▼ to select which stylist you would like to book in with, or click 'any available staff' if you don't have a preference.
We understand that your time is valuable, just as our stylists is. Out of consideration for both our staff and other clients, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.
